Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Minerly (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Minerly does

Minerly fetches public Apple App Store reviews and uses third-party AI (Anthropic) to summarize pain points, feature requests, and product opportunities. Outputs are machine-generated and may contain inaccuracies — verify before making business decisions.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU) to use Minerly. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@minerly.app of unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the price posted on the pricing page until you cancel.
• You may cancel any time from Settings; your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated.
• Free credits are granted once per account and have no cash value.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish raw review data scraped via Minerly. AI-generated summaries may be used internally and in derivative work product.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to evade our rate limits or paywall.
• Use Minerly to harass, defame, or target individuals or developers.
• Use Minerly in violation of any law, the App Store Review Guidelines, or Apple iTunes terms.
• Share your account credentials or attempt to access other users' data.

7. Intellectual property

Minerly, its branding, code, and product design are owned by us. The Apple App Store reviews and metadata we display are owned by their respective authors and Apple Inc.; we surface them under fair-use / public-feed access.

You own the analyses, projects, and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display this content so we can operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. App Store data is provided by Apple and may change without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Minerly is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
